These Terms & Conditions, along with any Agreements, are collectively referred to as follows: The terms "Customer," "You," and "Your" pertain to you, the individual browsing our website and/or making a purchase. Our company, EverGlow, is denoted as "The company," "Ourselves," "We," and "Us."

All these terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and payment considerations necessary to engage in our customer assistance process.

For customers exporting goods internationally, the following terms apply:

1. The minimum export spend is £80.

2. To qualify for VAT exemption, the goods must be collected by a reputable shipper, who must provide us with a Collection Note and Bill of Lading for Air Freight or a Shipment Certificate for Sea Freight.

3. We accept payment methods such as cash, bank transfers, and debit cards only.

4. Bank transfer funds must clear in our bank account before we can release goods to you.

5. We do not accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or checks.

6. The shipper must collect the goods within 2 weeks of purchase.

7. Full payment must be received by EverGlow before goods can be released to the Freight Agent.

These Terms & Conditions are an integral part of the Agreement between the Customer and Ourselves. Your access to this website and/or your engagement in a sale signify your comprehension, agreement with, and acceptance of the complete Terms & Conditions outlined herein. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
